Yes, if you click on the images on the slider, it brings you to a page where you can read more. I think it's all in how a person navigates. I tried to imagine all of the ways a person would click through but I guess you can't account for everything!

I just had a thought..maybe adding a small, linked arrow or button to the slider images would make the click through more obvious? It could be something unobtrusive that wouldn't clash with those nice photos. (You'll know from your site stats soon enough whether people are actually clicking through the from the home page.)

Since I haven't done any website development as yet, I don't know enough to offer any constructive ideas. That being said, I love the color scheme and the way everything comes together. However, when I got to the rates page, the color seemed to dull out....almost like the font isn't dark enough. But, you must remember, I know nothing about building a website. I think it is great.

Beautiful theme and nice job! Hey a couple of suggestions you might want to consider? On the Services page (FYI it says for the link "sample-page" in URL) for the listing of services the carrot makes it look like an expandable area. Suggest putting in a different style for that bulleted list (check marks, circles) so it looks like a traditional list. I went to click on it - mostly because that styling is used for expansions in web design.

Also for user comfort, having the "About" tab be listed just after "Home" I think be more main stream. User interface articles indicate users like things where they expect to find them, About is usually a second listing. Just a suggestion.

Congrats on your website launch. The color scheme is really relaxing to the eye and visually all the white space is really appealing. Also, I love how you kept it simple and to the point. The only issue I had, (and it was addressed in a previous post), is the font seems just a little small. Otherwise keep up the good work!
