I think it looks really sharp-- great job. I did see a small typo in the "Prepaids" section of your Fees page. Also, you "About" page would look great with a picture of you, and maybe a few testimonials if you can find some. I love the color scheme and information you have on the site. I know that you have the little questions/comments form located on most pages, but I would make this more prominant somehow. Maybe put it at the top of the left sidebar on every page (including your services pages). Overall, I like it a lot!

Thanks! I need to get a nice headshot before I put my mug on it! LOL. Thanks for the heads up about the typo. I went page by page spell checking, but I have changed a bunch of things, so now I am in the process of going back page by page spell checking. LOL. I appreciate you taking the time to let me know your opinion!

Also, if anyone is wondering, I used the free moonfruit site to make a page, but I am most likely going to upgrade to a paid one so I can get all of the "make your own free site" stuff off.

Nice job! The only thing I found a bit distracting were the colors of some of the fonts used on top of dark backgrounds, particularly the Retainer Plans heading on the fees page - difficult to read. The white and light green font colors on the darker backgrounds looked great!

Hi Nicole. I like your logo and the white background and good spacing. I find the gray font to be a little pale. It may be difficult to read in some lighting. I also find the organization logos to be completely distracting. They take away from the message you want to portray and most of your readers won't know what they mean. Maybe put them on another page or off to the side or across the bottom.
The home page seems to be a little bunched up. You may want to explain how your services will solve the challenges you have brought up.
I think I would not list the categorize of your services on the home page, but detail them on the services page.
Hope this helps. Overall, a great start. Give us another chance to look it over.

Mary

Samuel (Customer Service Solutions), I checked out your website and these are my comments:
  • It took a long time to load
  • The colors are not easy on the eye
  • The images bear no relevance to your business
  • The About page told me nothing about you or your company
  • The URL is messy
Personally, I think the site needs reworking in order to best represent your company and the services that you offer.
