Hi Rhonda

I jumped right onto your rates page since you mentioned it - it might be a good idea to include a short paragraph about the different ways you work with clients (from the retainer/hourly perspective) and provide in-text links to those pages that you have listed in the menu on the left. Although I see the site overall is laid out this way - maybe it's just me not noticing the navigation on the left? Is there a way to make them a bit bigger or more noticeable somehow?
I did find a few typos, nothing major and I know you are fastidious about your professional image - but we all get bleary eyed after pages and pages of content so I might recommend quickly combing through your text. (On the 'Resources' page where you're talking about Diane Hess - 'becoming' is spelled with 2 m's...)
Overall I think your information is presented in an easy-to-read manner, it's personable and not overly dry (I think some sites err on the side of 'too professional' and the personality gets lost) but I do feel like your site could benefit from a few images - either of yourself or of something representative of your business and services. It's pretty text-heavy and studies have shown that if users have to read too much on a page (without an image to break up the content) they get bored and will click off sooner. Users respond best to images of the human face and there are lots of great stock photos suitable for a VA website (if you aren't comfortable using pics of yourself).
Ultimately, though I have to admit I am not a fan of this template style - they are used so often it's hard to tell the sites apart anymore and I think they lack personality. Have you considered switching to a clean WordPress site? I think a nicer template would better showcase all that you have to offer (which is a lot!)
BTW, good for you for charging a rate more representative of the level of service you offer!
