I did notice that you have a contact form and I couldn't find a privacy policy (if there is one there somewhere, please accept my apologies). I'm not sure what the 'wesbite law' is where you are based but in the UK if you have a contact form you must also have a privacy policy in place as well. Even if it just a basic one to cover your back.

Hours: list your hours only and take away all the other exceptions. At first glance it looks as if Sept through June you are only open Fridays. If someone did not read this carefully they would not know that it is certain times. Explain this to prospects during consult.
I like that you have a sub-page for events that may benefit your clients and other business owners.
I was a little confused that you have one service (research) with rates specific to the service and then another rates page. Maybe change to include prices with the planning area or combine into one area (pricing solution)
You have a typo in your about info (instead of like - iike) you may also want to expand on your qualifications. Being retired law enforcement should be tied into your research services and what makes you qualified as a planner. Tell your prospects why they should hire you over another VA. Licensed in what??
You may want to rethink office closing and special events. Have one events area/page and reserve office closing for your terms of service. You may be scaring away clients before they even walk in your door. A prospect wants to know how you fit into their schedule not the other way around.
Love the logo and the colors and the simplicity. They do not distract from your message. I did only a scan so I do not know if you have other typos or grammar errors.
You site looks nice, the colours are nice and work well together.
My only suggestion would be the font, could you use a different font for the body of the site? I find serif fonts like the one you are using can be difficult to read in long body of text.
Perhaps use a font like arial, tahoma, verdana which are easier on the eye.
I also agree about adding your privacy/confidentiality terms on the site.
