Thank you all for your feedback. I really appreciate it!
Vicky - yes I am based in Australia. and if you have never heard of us it's because this is my first attempt at being a VA! I decided to launch as a Multi-VA practice as opposed to a Solo VA. I know this is an unusual way to do things, but I take comfort in knowing that 1. I can work with other VA's who's skill set are complementary to mine when a client needs a service outside my own scope and 2. I believe in the power of teamwork and synergy and feel that 2 or more heads are always better than one. 3. the book "e-myth" by Michael Gerber was a source of great inspiration in terms of taking this approach. I am happy to do all of the marketing (I've already attend a few local network events to expose myself and have a few people who are interested - I begin a full scale marketing rampage next week! Eck!

and I think this would be great for other VA's who are also growing their client base or a little shy with the marketing and sales process - which I will be able to handle!
I initially registered my business back in August 2008, and have done extensive research in regards to running a VA practice both as a solo and a multi-va, compared rates in my local market, services etc thanks to the generous information that VA's share on the web and the advice offered to me via forums, it has made my job easy and also grateful for the fact that I've entered a friendly industry of people who want to see each other succeed (another reason why I decided to open a Multi-VA practice at the get go!) ...
Although it was a while ago when I registered, I feel alot more confident now that I've built solid foundations. I'm now busy creating processes documents and manuals for when I start working with Associate VA's so that certain work can be done "automatically" and when the associates come on board I'm sure they will also be able to add to the processes or even improve upon that!
Again thank you all for your feedback.
Cheers
Aise
