Hello All, I've been working as a VA for a little over a year. Recently, we decided it was time for me to try to take the business to the next level. So, I've completed my website and would love any constructive feedback.

Hi Jodi,
Your colors are nice, could you incorporate more of the orange on your site, it would bring your branding throughout the site. At first glance can you bring your tag line across the top and tighten up your header area. Finally, the logo could be larger.

It must feel really good to have it done, keep tweaking, I like how you have linked all your social media stuff.

I love the colors and the minimalist style. I also like that you do not keep your rates a mystery. Often that is so frustrating for a potential client to have to contact you for rates.

Hi Bernice, Thank you for your feedback. I really appreciate it. I will see if there are other areas I can incorporate the orange. Great idea. I thought the same thing about the tag line. It isn't something I can change easily with the site wizard. I will definitely look into finding a way to make this change. I've tried to upload a larger logo and am experiencing technical difficulties. I'm hoping to have this fixed later today.

Dawn, Thank you for your comments. I like the colors too and the clean mimimalist style. I made the decision to include rates for a lot of different reasons but not frustrating a potential client is definitely a big one!

I took a look at your site. But when I visited I could only view the homepage, and not the other pages. About the appearance, its good, but I would advice you to put in some more colors, hmm.... orange.

Hi Jodi,
I only was able to view your Home Page - please feel free to write me when the site is up and running completely and I'll offer more feedback
1) Lots of text - if you can break it up with Headings, bullets and photos it will be easier to read.
2) Top heavy with graphics - Your logo reminds me of a receptionist - are you already using it for your branding? ...you may want to reconsider. The tag line is vertical rather than horizontal - harder to read - most won't.
This was a quick impression and most times that is all you get. A website is not static so as all before me have said... keep tweaking it.

I also could not view the home page. When I clicked to go to the Services page at the bottom of the home page, I received an error message. The logo reminds me more of a secretarial role rather than a virtual assistant who can offer so much more.

Hello All, thank you so much for your feedback. I am working with my hosting company to figure out the errors you are seeing. When I go to the site it works well. The links work fine. I've actually changed the template if you want to look at it again. I'm looking at the logo and seeing what else I can come up with.
