I have a few comments about the copy:

A job well done, punctuality, great effort, satisfaction that not only do you have a partner by your side but also a friend.

I would leave out the 'friend' part. This is a business site and I would promote the partnership as the value in working with you. Promoting friendship should not IMO be on a business website.

How and when can I reach Your Practical Admin?

We are available 24/7 via email and fax. If you call and no one answers, leave a message and we will get back to you ASAP.

If no one answers, then you are not available 24/7. Your fax machine may be available but this implies that you will be as well. No one is available 24/7. I would leave that out.

Your site looks very nice and it is easy to navigate.

Hello All: I'm new to this forum and I just redid my website. I originally set it up for accounting bookkeeping services and never got any successful hits. So, I'm now starting all over again as a VA with more selective services. I must say, I feel much more comfortable with moving forward.
