Hi Shana,

I love your website. It looks great to me. Original, creative and easy to follow. I also love your social networking buttons down the side. Very cute.

Also, I love that you have your photo in there. Nice touch.

I concur with everyone else that you have a really awesome, original website.

Noticed the quotation marks that are masking some of the text, so you might want to do something with those.

On the home page, the main text is in a font that's a little difficult to read. Can you make it the same as the rest of the site? I like the font you used, but the eye has to process it a little more.

That's about all I can say - it really looks fantastic!

Shana...Not trying to change this thread but you mentioned Adobe Elements. What is the difference between Elements and PhotoShop?

I'm interested in Elements. You've got me thinking, Shana.

Thanks,

Janine

Shana,

Nice job! I love the colors and I like the way you have used the frame for your photo, as well as, for your testimonials.

There is only one thing that seems to take away from my experience on your site and that is the content that sometimes appears in the right hand column of your website. See, when I first went to your site, I thought to myself, well why isn't the main column centered. Then as I clicked through your site, I saw content pop up in the right hand column. It just seems out of place to me. Is there a way you can bring the board background over the right some more...but perhaps make it more transparent or maybe make that section of the page a patch of grass (bring in the theme of being green).

Otherwise, very nice job! I really like it.

Janine -- I have Photoshop, but used Photoshop Elements in the past. The Elements products are just watered down versions of full ones. If you are going to be doing basic editing and want to keep costs down, Photoshop Elements (and the other Element versions) isn't a bad option. For me, Elements won't cut it in terms of Photoshop, but I have been using Photoshop since 2001..so using Elements (for me) would be like riding a motorcycle for 5 years, then being given a moped to ride instead!

Thanks again to all who've commented! I'll certainly take a look at your suggestions & see what I can do to improve the experience (including the flow/placement of content)!

Oh, Darlene - thanks for explaining the difference btwn PS & PS Elements. I have both, but PS Elements is on my main computer & I just love it. LOL For what I do for myself & clients, it's perfect - but I'm no graphic designer or web designer either, so the functionality it provides has worked well for what I use it for. It's just an easier program to navigate if you need something quick w/o the extended power of the full version of PS.

Sorry this feedback is a bit late but just had a look at your site and think it is very good and imaginative, I especially like the social networking logos.

Well done.
