Hi there

Genevieve has given you some great feedback, and I don't know what you're in the process of addressing so ignore anything that might double up on comments already made...
I don't see a stitch of
SEO on your site - I know it can feel overwhelming to try to build a site on your own, but
SEO is easiest implemented as you go, page by page, image by image, paragraph by paragraph... Check out the
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for a few tips and tricks to help you.
My first impression is that there are too many questions on the front page - you know already that your ideal client needs your help - TELLING them that they need you, and more specifically WHY they need you and HOW you will be useful will get such a different reaction than 'Do you need a Virtual Assistant?'
What Humble Virtual Assistant Can Do For You
rather than "What can a Virtual Assistant do for you?"
etc. etc.
Make use of all the space in your header and the main content of your page - that is where you need to grab the attention of your visitor and draw their interest so they click further to learn more about how you can help them and ultimately contact you.
What is Q and A? I might reword that as 'How to Work with a Virtual Assistant' or similar... if you need to space your menu across the top to give more direction to your navigation then do it - give your visitors a reason to click and learn more, and give the search engines more to work with - you'll be better off for it all the way around.
Good luck!
