Hey Miss KiwiVA! How are you doing?

Well......the pictures were postponed unfortunately. This week almost everybody in my household caught a stomach virus. It was most certainly the most disastrous experience ever. Ugh......not to mention my 1 year old caught it as well. My husband was out of work for 3 days. But they have since recovered and well go figure the caretaker that nursed everyone to health should catch it is at its ending. So....I am under the weather. However, my day cannot come to a halt due to my daughter's birthday celebration this weekend. Bleh.....I can do this! The workload of a mother is never ending.

You've already received great feedback. My only concerns are that you have free web hosting, so you have no control over the ads placed on your website. If you've read through some of the posts here, you see this issue mentioned and the many reasons to get paid hosting. Ads take away from your professional image and takes you website/business many notches down in potential clients' eyes.

It feels like you have so much content and images (all very nicely done

) on each page that I'm scrolling and scrolling down, my instinct is to get out of your website. Do think about this.

Oh no, those viruses seem to be around everywhere at the moment. Everybody here has a tummy bug, too. I hope everybody is well soon.

Hello ladies. I hope all is well with you and you are busy and productive!!
I have been absent from this forum for some time now. My time has been so consumed with the back to school festivities. Along with having two school-aged children, I attend classes as well during the evening.

I truly appreciate all you wonderful Virtual Assistants for taking the time to review my site. I value all your honest and valuable input. I have assessed that a major modification take place immediately.

This week, I placed a few paid and free ads. I had over 400 hits to my site this week. That sounds great if in fact one of those 400 bites actually contacted me. *Sigh* Even though I am happy I could accomplish a basic site, it is not representing my capabilities to the fullest.

If a client should meet with me in person, I know I could win them over with my attitude, hard copy references and resume, and my professional demeanor. Unfortunately, it does not work that way in the virtual world.

Thank you Agnes for your feedback. You are right about the free site. I was so excited when I decided to start my business. I purchased a hosting plan and two domains through AT&T with no clue as to the process of developing an online presence. I was stuck, so I checked out Weebly and it was so easy to create a site. Too bad I didn't discover them earlier or I would host my site with them. They also do not accept transfers at the moment so I redirect my sites to point to the freebie.

I realize more effort is needed on my part. I plan to eliminate Weebly completely within this month. I need to utilize my At&t hosting plan immediately. Anyhow, I will see how I can find within my budget to put my ideas to work. Wish me luck! My dh asked what I would like for my bday....well, let's put it this way...every single cent I have is going towards the investment of my business. Anyone worked with a prebuilt template before? I am considering that as an alternative as well.

Well, ladies, I am logging off for the day...well, for the weekend on the most part, as it is my bday weekend! My dh took a few days off so I can rest and relax and have some help with the household and children....whew!

Hi, I just signed up so this message is a little late. I thought your site was refreshing. Graphics and colors are great. One of the pages doesn't seem to flow right, I think it was your fee page. Your web sounds like your young. If this is the image you want to portray, then you've succeeded. Some graphics were not my style but it works for many. It seemed user friendly and was original. Good job!
