Considering so many of you are adding your websites on here to either be scrutinised (in a nice way of course!), or praised. I thought it only fair that I add my website for review.

Hi there, thanks for the opportunity to weigh in.
I like the colors - the slate grey and blue is nice... but on your home page, I'm expecting those boxes to be clickable. Otherwise, I think it's the wrong presentation for what is otherwise a good message.
Considering that you have ten seconds to give your visitors a reason to click deeper into your site I'd say you're wasting a lot of that precious above-the-fold space with the long blue bar and three boxes. If they went somewhere [like the blue bar, is essentially a call to action, and should be linked to your services page, perhaps] then it would make more sense to me.

But I notice you don't have a services page - would make a good addition as people don't usually go to the About page to look for the list of services.

Also, Google ads do not belong on a business website - ever.

I'd love to see some images, even just a single pic of you, the service provider, on the About Us page... it's a stark set of pages without a single graphic - something to think about.

It would be wise to scan the site for spelling and grammar quickly as well. I noticed a very few minor mistakes as I scanned through the site.

Okay there is a few things that I see

The whole site, I like the header I like the design however I was looking at your page using Firefox and everything ran together. There were no lists and all the paragraphs ran together as well. I decided to try it in IE7 and it was fixed so obviously your website is not compatible with Firefox. I highly recommend you fix this because there are MANY people who use Firefox. I do not know what the site looks like in chrome or opera etc browsers because I do not have them on my computer.

Homepage-It doesn't seem to provide much information about why people would want or need a virtual assistant. Also, get rid of the make us your homepage that's not necessary. The link that goes to vacancies I recommend putting that as a menu item instead of a direct link. Also the credit card logos should really go on the pricing page.

About Us page-I recommend a picture of you on that page, adds personality and credibility. Also I agree with Tess that your services belong on another page strictly for services. An about page should be two to three paragraphs, a little about your corporate, work experience and then something about yourself such as hobbies or something like that. It makes it a bit more personal.


I also agree with Tess that Google ads are not appropriate for a business website. I also recommend not putting the links page in unless they are links that will help your target market.
