Please take a few moments to check out the new design. http://vitalofficesolutions.com The content is basically the same but I moved everything over to a customized (by me) Wordpress template. That must have been a job moving it all and making it look the same. All the links I tried worked. Nice and clean - easy to read and find things. Only tweak I could see is pretty little - do you need the "Yes" checkbox in your opt-in box? Is there a reason they would uncheck that and still send you their name & email? That's all I noticed. After staring at it for awhile I decided to leave it. I think the checkbox actually draws your eye over to the form. Until I learn how to do an overlay, so I can add an icon in that corner, I figured I'd leave it. But, I completely get where you're coming from.
