Default Can You Give Mine A Look?
I built my site using a program provided by my hosting service. It is very basic and limits my options (like the contact us form - can't get it to work - so I eliminated it)

www.eoseasy.com

I would appreciate any/all feedback and suggestions.

Thanks,
Cindy

Hey Cindy,

Nice site! I like it - especially the content & who you're marketing to. It also has a calming appearance. Here are just some things I noticed while reading:

- Check spelling on index page: administrative is wrong in a couple places & efficiently near the bottom

- Check spelling on solutions page: your & life in the next to last para.

- Check wording on about us page: I think you might need an "and" in the last para "...success of multi-million dollar sales efforts in office supplies, manufacturing, AND healthcare supplies of international companies."

- Check the faqs page: might want to format the para headings the same in terms of capitalization. It looks like there's an extra "." in the last para & I don't think you need the apostrophe in "its".

Overall, great looking site!

Whoa!

Thank you! I read and reread that text I can't tell you how many times.

I corrected all you listed. It's still a work in progress as I can't get my contact form to work. The hosting company has not been very helpful -- they keep sending me code that gets more complicated with each message and I haven't got a clue!

I love the color of your site. It's so calming and reassuring. Very nice.

Are you able to add more pages? From a usability standpoint and for SEO effectiveness, more content is required. Perhaps you could write some content covering the individual services you offer and how each can benefit the client.

I also suggest a blog. It's a must these days.

Best of luck with your business Cindy.

Thank you for taking a look - I love the color green! With the social networking, wikis, blogs and articles - I am lost.

I am just starting on Twitter, have been on LinkedIn for years, MySpace and Facebook have been more personal. But the blogs, wikis and articles seem sooo much and I perceive them taking a lot of time. I haven't found anything giving me a direction or how-to with these and I don't clients yet -- what could I write (that hasn't been written 100 times before)?

I think I am lost in this area

I struggle with this myself. It's time consuming and tough to come up with topics but you must do it. It's essential for the growth of your site and your business. Search engines and clients can't find you if you don't leave a trail for them. And blogs are a great way to lead a trail.

It's not important that it's been written 100 times before. It's important that you write it. If you write about the same topic as someone else, that doesn't mean you don't have anything to add. You might have a different writing style that is appealing and you may have an ability to describe something that finally makes sense for that 101st person. So don't let the fact that it's been written before stop you from writing it. How many times have you read the same thing over and over again until finally you read it written a different way by someone else and finally you understand it.

Your blog post can be the lightbulb moment for someone. You can do it Cindy. Look for topics in VA forums, your email, other blogs etc. (Just make sure you write in your own words. )

Cindy, I like your site, it loads fast and is easy to navigate, but on your About Us page the testimony is sliding down below your footers, this does not happen in IE only FireFox.
It looks like a closing div tag gone awry. You can find a site that will validate your page try http://validator.w3.org/ and it should pick up any errors. Hope that helps.

Bernice;

Thank you for the generous offer but I think Murphy (Murphy's Law) has struck today! I am having difficulty with the hosting site's page builder.

As soon as I can get the code loaded I will let you know -- when you have time would be great.

Cindy,

I also like your site and the colors. Very soothing. Keep up the good work you can do it, take one task at a time. These websites are very time consuming for sure. I am also struggling with blogging as I have not even tried that yet. I am not a very good writer but I am going to give it a try.

Good luck and keep the faith!

Cindy,

While I like the background color (i'm partial to greens). I think the black text on that heavy green makes the text a bit difficult to read. I think a reading hiearchy would make the pages more readable as well. All of your text on each page is the same size, font and color, so its hard to determine what important. Headings will help you do that.

I hope thats helpful.
