I like the site! I'm partial to white background as it makes the categories stand out beautifully. I'd say you did a great job. I do see one line that might lead me to believe that if I was a client I'd have to wait for my work to be completed.

"If you're happy with the figures, we'll put your task in the queue and begin work."

My only suggestion would be to eliminate 'put your task in the queue'...even though that may be the case, I might not advertise that. As a client I'd want to think my work was priority.

Otherwise, I feel the site is great.

Best wishes!

Jan

Nice website Natalie

The website is clean, professional looking and easy to navigate, definitely a great start. As time goes on you'll continue to add to it to make it more meaty.

I would suggest that you check out the SEO section and see all the tips to get your website Internet friendly. In regards to getting your site indexed, keywords, site description and more.

Wishing you the absolute best.

Hi Natalie

First off, the site looks good - well done. There are a few points that caught my eye immediately: you're wasting a valuable bit of prime website space by having that huge blank area on the top half of each page. My suggestion would be to have your contact details lined up horizontally to enable you to move everything up the page.

Secondly, make sure that every mention of your email address is a clickable link.

Thirdly, I personally think that underlining text on a webpage that isn't a link is misleading (and sometimes frustrating). My suggestion on this would be to lose the underlining and just stick with the bold text.

Finally, a few other points. On the 'Process' page - do you really recommend face to face meetings to complete the necessary paperwork? If I was a potential client in another state (or country), I'd be somewhat put off by that... Just a thought!

I'm not sure about the wording of "We can do anything that your in-office assistant can do, only better, quicker, and for less". Again, looking at it from a potential client's point of view, if I was looking to outsource some overflow work but was more than happy with my existing team, I'd view this as a negative standpoint from the word go.

Wishing you every success.

I love the colors and how easy it is to navigate through.
