I would really appreciate any comments / feedback - negative or postive. I need to tidy of the font issue still, and one or two important issues like full terms that I'd like to slot in but any comments regarding the site in general would be really welcome. In particular I do tend to waffle abit - do you think I've overdone it!

Hello,

Nice site. My only suggestion is to reduce the size or eliminate all together the very large image of the man in the chair. I say this because it takes up half your page which means that people have to scroll to read the most important info about the services you offer.

Above the fold is the most important piece of internet real estate you have...learned that here on VAF so I'd make the most of that space. The man in the chair image is not IMO the most useful tool to get people to stay on your site.
