A professional never uses weak language.
I don't know if this might help anyone or not, but it's always a "best practice" to remember the basics.
A PROFESSIONAL NEVER USES WEAK LANGUAGE
Color Words: The last intercourse we had with DLA was in January, 2009.
Rave Adjectives: He’s just a super person.
Tag Questions: Lets go over these stats one more time. Is it OK with you?
Intensifiers: It’s really, really important that we finish by 3 o’clock.
Imprecise Descriptions: I’m not sure but I think it would be better if we rewrote the second paragraph.
Diminutives: Let’s have just one little meeting before we make the final decision. I’ll try to complete this report. I think I can do it.
Polite words/perfect grammar: Oh, I’m so very, very sorry, but we will have to work overtime today.
Hesitations: So, I have to make a decision right now?
Hedging: Maybe I should let John go over it first.
