Question Help with my VA Description
Hi Everyone,

I have took my standard VA description that I currently have on my website and have changed it alittle bit to fit my niche, but before I publish it to my site I wanted to get others opinions and suggestions.

Here is my new description:

What is a Virtual Human Resources Specialist?
A Virtual Human Resources Specialist is a solopreneur who specializes in providing ongoing, one-on-one, collaborative-style human resources support. The Virtual Human Resources Specialist also manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office and the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. Virtual Human Resources Specialists carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

Like other professional service providers, Virtual Human Resources Specialists operate remotely from their own places of business and utilize today's technology to deliver their services and communicate with clients.

Virtual Human Resources Specialist originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Virtual Human Resources Specialists are first and foremost human resources experts. Virtual Human Resources Specialists sometimes offer additional, separate specialties that fall under creative and/or technical services.

From this level of experience, a Virtual Human Resources Specialist is expected to possess the skill sets, training and business knowledge which are the hallmark of a truly qualified Virtual Human Resources Specialists.

Thanks
