Default Traffic and capture rate
I have what I consider a great website and since my recent use of Twitter and postcards I've seen a great boom of traffic. The problem is my capture rate is zero. Not a single inquiry, no emails and no calls. I would like to set up an exit survey to see if I can find out why people aren't inquiring about my services. Does anyone know how to set this up? I want it to pop up when they close the site from any page.

Have you looked at one of the free survey programs like Survey Monkey?

Or, post a thread with a link in the Website Reviews section for some feedback from other members - a fresh pair of eyes may be able to help point out some areas for improvement.

Don't lose heart - it can be really tough to get conversion on a website. I'd suggest initially working to add some kind of free download to your site - maybe write up a PDF on how to work with a VA, or small business tips. Something to get people interacting with your site that they can take away with them, so your business name stays with them.
