Hello Everyone,

I am wondering if anyone has a good recommendation for a non-flash photo gallery script? I need to add a photo gallery to a website - I have a gallery script/program that makes very nice galleries, but it is Flash based. I've been specifically asked not to use flash.

I'd like it so thumbnails of all photos would display on one page and then when you click on a thumbnail the image appears in a black box. Once the box comes up with the photo - you can click an arrow to move to the next image in the gallery.

Any suggestions, recommendations or pointing in the right direction would be wonderful. Thanks!

It depends. Do you have an html site? Do you use WordPress or another CMS?

I have used SimpleViewer on html or WordPress. WordPress has gallery plugins, so do other CMS.

I am sorry, I did not mean to mention SimpleViewer...it is flash based but easy to use on a WordPress site. Is there a reason for not using Flash?

Michelle - the client specifically requested a non-Flash gallery.

I actually checked out a program I have and it easily creates a lightbox photo gallery using javascript. The program is called JetPhoto.
