I am having trouble with the framework in on my Woothemes website on Wordpress. I have updated to the latest theme version, latest framework version and even reinstalled everything. Either the Framework options go to an Error 404 webpage or they are not available at all. Everything seems to work fine I just wanted to add some sidebars to a few of my pages.

I know there are some WordPress experts here and might be able to point me in the right direction. This one has me scratching my head.

Hi Shannon, I'm not a WP or WooThemes expert, but wanted to give your question a bump in hopes someone who might know will see the thread.

Have you tried getting in touch with WooThemes support?

Usually the support forums have the common problems people normally have with their themes so I would look through their first.

If you can't find a solution, then I would post your question there.

I am not sure how much help I can be or if you have figured this out already... but I looked at your site and funny enough, I have that exact theme for one of my sites.

I looked at your site and it looks like the front end works (except for a broken image on the homepage, which may be where you were trying to add a sidebar). Are backend settings not working? Is that where you are getting the 404 error?

If you just updated and are getting those errors, my first thought would be to ask WooThemese support about it. Maybe the update files themselves have an error?

Thank you all for your help. I worked for about a week with Woothemes support and found out my WordPress was corrupt. I had to delete and reinstall.

Another Wordpress learning experience!
