Transcription Agreement

Hi! I am doing up my first transcription contract, and am wondering if there is anything in particular I shouldn't forget to include? Any comments at all would be appreciated....this is only my second contract and for a completely different set of circumstances than my first one was. Again, thanks for your time

Do you have a section that pertains to how you would handle, bill for, etc. poor quality audio?

There's a PDF on a medical transcription service website that has a nice LONG list of possible issues and points that you might want to include in your own contract, take a peek at it here. It's posted for their service providers to refer to, so should make a great resource.
