Query concerning uploaded transcription

Good morning to you!

I wonder if anyone can help me out here please?

I have received some transcription work from a client this morning . They indicated that the recording was over an hour long. I have uploaded it into my Olympus software, which is telling me that the transcription is 25 minutes long . I then uploaded it into my Express Scribe software, which told me that it was over an hour long. Unfortunately, my foot pedals do not work with Express Scribe. So, my question is why on earth is the Olympus software saying it's 25 minutes long - is there something I have done wrong? I have never had this problem before.

I have searched for answers, but to no avail so far .

If anyone can shed any light onto this, I would be really grateful.
