Phone to PC Digital Dictation

Has anyone used Phone to PC recording software such as Dial Dictate or others? I have a potential client who wants to be able to call a number from his cell phone to dictate instructions or text for me to then use to implement projects, etc. These recordings may be quite long and need to be saved digitally as a record of the project. Ideally they should go directly to my email, and must incorporate some sort of encryption or security feature. Thanks.

Have you thought of Evernote. It also has an app for most mobile phones. You can record and share notes while still having a record of all the details and recordings.

Thanks Lee. I hadn't thought of that. I'll definitely mention it to him as I believe he uses Evernote already.
