Open Windows Media Player file using Express Scribe

Hi Everyone,

I'm starting a new transcription project and received the file as a link to a DropBox file. When I click the link, the audio file automatically opens in Windows Media Player (and the audio plays clearly). What I'm getting hung up on is how to open the file in Express Scribe. If anyone else has received files by a link in DropBox and uses Express Scribe, I'd love to know how you got your files there

Hi, Gina. Make sure you have express scribe on your desktop and then just drag the audio file into the express scribe icon, and that's it.
