Default ITune Audio Files
Would anyone know if an Itune file can be converted to an MP3 file for transcription purposes?

A PC is telling me that large Itune files cannot be converted if they are too big. If this is true, would anyone know of any software that would convert Itunes to an MP3?

Otherwise client wants to send to me through the mail which I would rather not do.

Appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks!!

Thanks!

JoCarole

Perfect Dawn!

This looks like exactly what I need. I did some research on this yesterday and found a few programs that may work also. Thanks for the help.

JoCarole,

I know how to convert iTunes songs to MP3 to download to my MP3 player. Is that the same as what you are looking for?

I do it right in iTunes. I click on the song in my list (the one I have purchased) and then go to the tool bar, click Advanced, then Convert to MP3 and then it does the conversion.

It shows up in my Recently Added folder. Then download that to the player.

But I can't say if this is what you want as far as transcription files.

Janine, I think it would work, I think they would both be the same type of files formats. I will try it when this client sends the first file over to me and post here. Thanks
