Default HELP PLEASE!! Urgent advice regarding transcription UK based
Hello,

I am looking for some software that will allow my client to leave up to hour long messages on a voicemail (he will be calling from his landline phone) and then these message be sent to me via email as a wav file. The companies i have called so far only offer a maximum of 10mins recording with the majority only offering 3mins!!

I am based in the UK and any advice on systems that you are already using and know to work would be very much appreciated.

Regards
Kelly

Hi Kelly

When you say that your clients needs to leave an hour long voice mail - is this to your mobile?

Does your client have a PC? Could he do the recording on his PC (using something like RecordPad Sound Recording Software (http://www.nch.com.au/recordpad/index.html) and then email the file to you?

I don't know of any companies that could record an hour of voice mail - sorry.

Good luck!!

Cathy

Hi Cathy,

Thank you for responding so quickly :-)

Unfortunately for me the client is completely computer illiterate and therefore suggesting he record a voice message to his PC would be out of the question!

My client suggested a company called "Gradwell" as he claimed to have used them in the past, however, I have had no end of problems since I signed up to there services just three days ago. I am desperate for an alternative!

And to answer your question no the calls are not to my mobile as I do not use this for business.

Thank you

Kelly
