Yes, they are transcription services. Despite the fact that Ubiqus pays a paltry $0.0054/word, I was invited to test and I tested last week. I haven't heard back from them and really don't expect to do so.
I tested for both companies, months ago, along with others, and never heard back. It felt like a huge waste of time. That's when I discovered working for yourself as a VA. I love doing transcription, so I hope to get going soon.
