Hello,

Well I decided to create a quick mini-podcast about the importance of having policies and procedures in place for your virtual assistant business. I was so inspired to talk about this important topic, that I plugged in my microphone and recorded this only 30 short minutes ago!

Also, remember when planning your business -- also take into account how much time you actually want to spend on your business and with whom you want to work with. These ideas will help you define many of your other policies and procedures. Here is a neat video I found:
