Default The Art of Communication
As entrepreneurs it is important to understand how to communicate effectively, both in-person and now with growth of social media, online as well. In this episode, I welcome Susan Young, Communications and PR Expert, Speaker, Author and owner of Get In Front Communications, to the show in order to share her experience and expertise on communication. Some of the topics we discuss are: attitude and communication, body language, in-person networking and the importance of silence. Default Re: The Art of Communication
I am so glad I listened to this episode Darlene - first because you introduced me to Susan's site and also because no matter how confident I am as a VA and business owner there are always situations that crop up where I falter a bit, lose my voice, etc. and Susan's reminder that being attentive to the moment, and to the person you're communicating with, can help prevent those issues to begin with.

Her discussion about 'Communication is based on our attitude...' really resonated with me.

Great episode, thank you!
