What kinds of apps/programs (cloud based and otherwise) do you use for your Legal VA business? There are so many out there I thought it would be interesting to see what works best for you and your clients and what doesn't!

I would be interested in knowing also. I'm starting my VA business and need to know what programs I need to have. I already have Microsoft office, which includes word, excel, outlook, powerpoint, officenote, Access, Grove, Infopath, and Publisher.
