If you are working with attorney's out of state; I recommend doing mailings, then follow up with a fax blast, then give them a call. Currently we are in the slow down period, until around February.

Going over your marketing plan, creating your fax blast letters, and creating your introduction letters should be your goal until February. Around the 15th of February you should start your mailings then follow up with them in about a week.
