[Question] Real Estate Paralegal Question

Is anyone familiar with Easy Soft HUD for real estate transactions? I am considering purchasing, but it is definitely costly. Wondering if anyone has experience working with it and their thoughts on it. It seems like a great tool that would make doing real estate transactions a breeze.

Hi Cindy:

I am an experienced legal secretary, PLS - Professional Legal Secretary, but I am not familiar with this Easy soft HUD. Here in AZ we are a title company state and the HUD1 is used at closings of real estate sales. This is all handled by the title co. Some other states use attorneys, so it depends on your state.

Is there a lot of requests for virtual paralegal assistants in the real estate industry? That is an industry that I have not worked much in. Just curious.

Hi:

There is a call for paralegals from the law firms. I do not yet know if they use virtual assisants. I have never hear of a real estate firm using a real estate paralegal. They might have this background but would not be called that (as far as I know).
