AirSet or Google Docs for Online Calendar? - Virtual Assistant Forums

It sounds like these are two popular online calendar programs.

~ Can you please tell me which one (if any) you use?

~ What do you love about it?

~ What do you not like about it?

~ Have you used other online calendars? If so, which ones?

I have a new client - my first one - and I will be doing some monthly scheduling for him so I would like to introduce him to an online shared calendar that we can use...just not sure which one.

Hi Suzanne:

I personally have not used Airset, but from reviewing their website - it looks pretty neat. For me, I personally use Google for my online calendar and actually use it for one of my clients.

I like the simple user-friendly interface and the fact that you can sync it with any of the other online calendar programs out there (www.smartcal.com or www.backpackit.com) or even your Blackberry!

The only con I have about Google calendar is having to log in each time to add an important event versus entering the event into the Blackberry!

Another online calendar to check out online is http://www.famundo.com. I haven't used it but it looks neat. Good luck and let us know which one you decided to go forth with!

I use Google docs for sharing calendars etc. So far it's been working out just fine.

I personally like Airset and have recommended it to many of my clients and team-mates. I can see all my lists in one spot, and share with others as necessary, the same with the calendar.
