I often teach developing effective and efficient management systems, including accounting systems.

In plain language, implementing simple documents or software to keep your money and billing in check.

Nellie,

You could teach them how to develop an effective bookkeeping process. Usually when I present to a group it is about developing an action plan or strategy process for that particular skill.
