Quicken 2009 Issue-Wondering
I am having an issue at two clients in regards to Quicken 2009. I'm curious if any of you are experiencing or have experienced this with your version? After I post this I'm heading over to Quicken's website.
I have two clients and two different locations now experiencing an issue I've never run into before. When it is time to print checks the software unexpectedly closes without printing. I re-open the software and the checks are ready to be printed. Even after shutting the computer down and re-starting same issue.
I don't want to upgrade either clients software to a newer version at this time , I know my clients and I won't make that an option yet. We shouldn't have this problem and for it to be happening at two different locations is odd...I'm off to get Quicken involved.
