Quickbooks online for several clients

I have two clients that want me to keep books on Quickbooks online. They want me to use the online version because they want to be able to view it and work in it as well.

How does this work with two clients. Can I use Quickbooks online and keep separate logins and books for each client?

Each client should have their own set of books. Since they are choosing QB online I am assuming that they are paying the monthly fees. I would have each set up their account and give you access to the account. Should you ever part ways there would be no disruption in their books.

QB Online only allows one company per license so you would need to keep them separate. Each account allows access for at least one user + an accountant so that would not be an issue of shared log-ins.

I didn't know that quickbooks could be used online! I just assumed that I would use a remote login program to access clients quickbooks program? Would you say that it is better to recommend that they do it online with their va or use remote login? (if they ask for your advice on it)

I'm currently working in QuickBooks Online with several clients. Each client simply needs to add you as an user on their set of books. Upon logging in, each client that I'm working with is listed. I just click on their company name and start working.

I have tried QB online. However I was dissatisfied with the User interface. I prefer the traditional QB. If their are multiple clients, you can always use the QB file which can be sent back to them.
