Default Print a report in QB's
Must be having a brain fart. I am trying to run some reports for my accountant he needs me to run the following report: a disbursement detail 1/1 thru today only trxs that are disbursements, date, name, paid amount and total the report.

Can you pleae tell me how I can accomplish this is QB's? Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Would that be transaction list by date, filtered by transaction type? I'm just guessing here...

be very clear about what "disbursements" are so you don't accidently leave out a transaction type. My clients use all kinds of transactions - check, debit card, online billpay, credit cards. Once you get the right report, be sure to memorize it with the exact title so you don't have to re-learn what you need.

You can do a Profit & Loss Detail report and filter it to only show expenses.
