When you go to the above link, you can get QuickBooks OnLine for free. Do any of you use this, do you recommend getting QuickBooks OnLine or is the paid version better - more secure? I use Microsoft Money for my home account but was considering learning QuickBooks, especially now that it is free. I was wondering how the invoicing part of it works. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I have not used the online version. I have the QB Accountant version from work. i am going to be taking the ProAdvisor certification and want to learn about the 'online' version more before trying it out.

I use the online version with two clients. The client has access to everything is probably the most positive issue on this along with not having to send copies to the accountant since the accountant has access also. The biggest downfall that I have noticed is that there are limitations in the online version for customization.

I love Quickbooks, so thanx for the link. What is the advantage to using the online version over on your computer?
