Default Free offer from Quickbooks
I got this in the mail today and I have not decided if I will sign up or not but I wanted to share it with everyone.

Quickbooks is offering 3 months free trial, no set up fees, no long term commitments, no cancellation fees.

This is something I copied from their website

Find out how much accepting credit cards
can help you grow your business with this
Free Offer from QuickBooks!

• Free 3-month trial
• Free QuickBooks Simple Start Software
• Free Merchant Service Set-Up

for more information visit www.quickbooksms.com/qbmsss

I just believe in sharing information on free stuff so I hope someone can use this.

It sounds to me like this is more meant for retail businesses because it mentions merchant services, but definitely something to check into.

Has anyone ever used Quickbooks to accept credit cards? Like I said, it has always been something I associate with retail type stuff.

I thought VA's that write e-books could use it. We could all use it to accept all sorts of payments. That's what I thought it was for?

I would look into the subscription costs w/QB after the free trial. Some of their stuff is pretty pricey and PayPal may be a better option for you.
