Default Forms and Fees
Hi All,
I am trying to create my forms that will be used and I am not sure what types of forms I should create as well as the fees that should be charges. My speciality is bookkeeping and I offer all aspects of bookkeeping down to creation of the financial statements from Quickbooks. Does anyone have any sample templates of forms that you use along with the typical price range that you charge your clients. Any informatuon will be helpful.

Thank You

Hello Charlene,

The Forms Library is a great place to start. Also, fees should be based on your standards and not others. But, to get an idea of what others are charging it would probably do you some good to visit/research other VA sites.

Good luck,
Andrea~

I do bookkeeping for a client. A few forms that I use on a regular basis are a client evaluation(interview to make sure we're a good fit), project proposal and timesheet.

As for fees I found out that some clients want you to do both administrative and bookkeeping services. I make sure I'm clear on the proposal any tasks related to work with QB are the accounting rate. Some clients try to get things past as administrative which I charge a lower rate.
