Emailing Invoices on behalf of a client

I have a new client who wants me to invoice her clients by email (she uses excel to invoice). My question is how do you handle it so that her clients believe the email is coming from the client and not me. I know there is a simple solution, but it is not coming to me this AM. Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Here is a solution that might work. If she has her own website, it usually comes with free e-mail accounts. Ask to setup another account called something like billing@company.com. It is very easy to do.

If she uses a public email like yahoo or something, you could set up a separate address such as abccompanybilling@yahoo.com

The second is less professional looking, though.

I had to laugh at the 2 heads are better than one comment - somedays I'm not sure I even have ONE. Great to have so many great "brains" to scour here.
