[Question] easy Accounting by Reagency

Hi
I have been asked to do the bookkeeping for a real estate agent who has just obtained the brokers licence. I have never done bookkeeping for real estate and am a little overwelmed. I know Simply and Quick Books but the program she has is easy Accounting by Reagency. Has anyone ever worked with this program? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have not heard of this program. Where are you located, that may help tailor some of the responses.

I am located in Toronto. The company which provides this program is not very helpful with questions, they want to to e-mail them and wait 24 hours for a reply. Very frustrating.
