Rates and Terms

Hourly Rate: $30 per hour
Project Rate: Special projects would have to be negotiated on a case by case basis. Please contact us, and talk to us about the project so we can provide you with a quote and possible solutions.
Retainer Rates:
Plan A: $285 per month
10 hours per month – 5% discount
Plan B: $540 per month
20 hours per month – 10% discount
Plan C: $765 per month
30 hours per month – 15% discount

Referral Bonus!
Refer a client, and have that client give us your name, and you’ll get an additional 5% off of your next month’s invoice! Spread the word!

Contracts
Each client has a contract with Vineyard Virtual Services, and it’s tailored to each specific need. Each contract will include specific confidentiality information. We want you to know that your information is safe with our company.

Expenses: You will be charged for costs associated with your project. Example: Postage, labels, and envelopes for a mailing would be reimbursed to us on your invoice.

“Rush jobs” with 24 hours or less notice will incur a 15% increase.

Retainer Rates will be billed monthly in advance.

We accept checks and payments through PayPal.
