Today, I want to talk about the business of business reorganization. Big corporations refer to business reorganization as "trimming the fat". As the term implies, an owner must find ways to cut costs without sacrificing the quality of services and/or products or the integrity of the organization. Sometimes, business reorganization can mean filing for Bankruptcy because a business may be having financial difficulties.
