Rates and Terms

RATES

RATES: Our rates are assessed by individual projects. After your initial phone consultation, you can choose from a plan below that will fit your particular needs. Quotes are based on your requirements. Our Virtual Assistants rates are primarily between $35-$75 per hour. Repeat clients are given discounts!

NO HIDDEN COSTS: You only pay for the work we do for you. There are no extra costs or hidden expenses like payroll taxes, health benefits, sick leave, or holiday pay. If project delivery requires courier charges rather than digital/email delivery, client will pay for courier expense.

RETAINER: Monthly retainer rates are available for law firms. These rates are based upon a minimum of 20 hours of work per month and are offered at a 10% discount on regular rates.

DEPOSIT: Large or lengthy projects may require a deposit before we begin work. The balance is due BEFORE work is provided.

PLANS

HOURLY PLANS - (minimum of 2 hours): Applicable when assistance is required once or just a few hours during a week or month. Due to the individuality of each requirement, prices vary according to each project and are tailor made to suit each client or individual.

PER PROJECT PLANS - (minimum of 4 hours): This plan would be chosen when you have an occasional project. We will review your project specifications and provide you want an estimate of time prior to beginning the project. The time specified to complete the project is an estimate
