When I was in 5th grade I was obsessed with Nancy Drew. In fact, my parents, being the enablers they are, actually signed me up for the Nancy Drew Book Club. This meant that every month I got two new 'double' books, which gave me four new mysteries to devour a month. Of course I had them done well before the month was over and was anxiously awaiting the mail every month.

Until that fated day when I had finally exhausted the series. It was such a sad day for me, that I remember deciding that I'd have to write my own girl detective mysteries.

My fifth grade teacher, Mr. Clements, had the honor of being presented with my first attempt at writing. He was such a good sport. I'm sure he wanted to laugh out loud, but...

I had a hard time deciding just how to answer this question. My first, immediate reaction to the question was that I would love to be able to meet with my great-great grandchildren in the hopes that by starting my virtual assistance business I will have left them a legacy of some sort.
Although that would be pretty cool, the more I considered the question I started thinking of something else. Something that I know would be a huge inspiration to a small business woman like myself. I would want to sit down and have a cup of coffee with Margaret Chase Smith, Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins.
These names might be unfamilar to you, but all three of these ladies have served as Senators from the State of Maine.
