- Rates and Terms
- Work conducted between the hours of 7am and 7pm (as per client approved work brief) will be charged at a standard basic rate of £16 per hour. Work conducted between the hours of 7pm and 7am (as per client approved work brief) will be charged at the unsociable hours rate of £20 per hour.
AD-Hoc clients and projects require a 30% deposit and the minimum invoice is for 1 hour. Time will be invoiced per hour in 15 minute increments. All consumables will be charged at cost price.
Retainer clients will be invoiced on a monthly basis and will be required to pay a month in advance. Any unused hours can only be carried over for 1 month and any additional hours will be charged at the corresponding standard hourly rates.
Retainer clients have an option of 3 basic retainer packages:
a) 10hrs per month (schedule to be mutually agreed) at a cost of £150 per month
b) 20hrs per month (schedule to be mutually agreed) at a cost of £290 per month
c) 30hrs per month (schedule to be mutually agreed) at a cost of £420 per month
Alternatively a quotation may be requested for a retainer package more specific to your business needs. A quotation does not mean you are under a legal obligation to purchase. All consumables will be charged at cost price.
Clients on retainer packages for more than 3 months will receive 5% off the value of their retainer package should they refer anyone to AC-CONSULTING (they must not be an affiliated company with the existing client) The new client must - Website
