Rates and Terms

Our rates are based on experience, skills, and business knowledge acurred over the span of our career. Our VA clients can select from three retainer rate plans. All rates are billed in 1 minute increments. These plans are for those clients who are ready for a long-term partnership and can commit to the minimum hours each month. These clients retain my time, paid in advance every month, for the duration of the agreement and partnership. Unused time does not roll over to the next month, as these hours are reserved specifically for you whether you use them or not. And additional hours are billed at the same retainer rate.

20 hours per month retainer - $720 ($36 per hour)

15 hours per month retainer - $570 ($38 per hour)

10 hours per month retainer - $400 ($40 per hour)

5 hours per month retainer - $225 ($45 per hour)

Payment is requested via Paypal. Invoices are sent via e-mail on the 20th of each month and due by the 1st. Any hours after the 20th are billed the following month.

Also - Any Misc client specific expenses (i.e. postage, letterhead, copying, etc.) will be billed to the client.

Special projects will have special negoated agreed upon rates.
