Over the last three years of being a subcontractor, I've often considered going through a staffing agency to find work. Because I'm a VA I've always thought going that route just wasn't an option. My understanding was that being a entrepreneur I needed to find my own clients.
What's your feeling or experience on staffing agencies?
If you go through a staffing agency, you are an employee of that agency and/or company. That does not mean that it is not an option for some. However, you are correct that being an entrepreneur is about finding your own clients.
