As an aspiring VA, I am trying to take a look at all of the opportunites that may come my way. One thing I've noticed is that this is a business where you can be your own boss and subcontract if needed. (I love that idea!) Or, you can work directly under another VA in his/her own business and have tasks assigned to you. I am looking to see if anyone has done this and if so, what were the pros and cons of it. Thanks! You're in the right spot if you want to learn how to become a subcontractor.

She is the head of the VA Subcontractor's Road To Success group and you can learn quite a bit from her. My first month on the VAF was in her group and I learned so much. Check out the group here.
